how do you know that the admin is not fighting corruptions in other agencies as well? maybe it's not just as high profile as the impeachment case...

small fish, big fish...big corruption, small corruption it's all the same...and and Corona is not a small fish..he's the head of judiciary for pete's sake...
well EVERY administration will start with someone and ends when their patron/interest is at stake. its a continuing cycle. its in the system. corruption will only be minimized (not eradicated) if the system will changed.
or if an administration can only promised "practice what you preach" (wag na yung "cast the first stone...") then it can start something.

yung 14 senators e for sure conviction na filing pa lang. mabawasan man konti lang siguro. 2plus swing votes lang kailangan convicted na.

Fence-sitter ako. If I were a judge, I might actually vote to acquit.

While I do think Corona has violated the trust of his office, voting for acquital would send a message to the administration that they can't just expect things to roll their way simply because they have the numbers. They have to work for what they want, and do things the right way.

In other words, two wrongs don't make a right.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

For sure for conviction yung mga Liberal Party member and Pete Cayetano...

Si Kiko Pimentel, being a member of PDP-Laban of Nognog; might vote acquittal dahil kay Mar Roxas.

Si Angara at Lapid naghahanap ng partido for 2013, mga balimbing, so may vote for conviction.

Si Jinggoy may vote acquittal, since sumusunod siya kay Enrile pag-vote.

Parang yung voting nila whether to obey the TRO of the SC is a good guide on how they may vote. 2/3 vote is indeed very hard...
