Yeah... but to lay the groundwork for the SC to eventually overturn an impeachment is a bit optimistic. For the SC to self-servingly overturn an impeachment against one of its own would be to trigger a full-on constitutional crisis. Might as well declare martial law on the spot.

Sinister plan... but for the casual viewer, it's not earning them any brownie points. We already know these complaints can get railroaded through... just look at the false ones PGMA's allies pushed through during her term to protect her against the real ones. Now are we going to punish every single Congressman who signs motions without reading? Might as well impeach all of Congress...

(Mind you, I think the railroading of the complaint by PNoy's partymantes was reaaaally stupid.)

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Tiangco actually offered nothing and he was there to testify on issue already ruled upon by the court.

Nuisance lang ang nangyari, made worst by brenda today.

confidential matter (i.e. deliberations) is the one prohibited by the SC.

salaries and allowances are not really confidential or priveleged matters.

The processor subpoenaed by the court will not touch any confidential or privileged matter, but SC did not honor it still.
