Tingnan natin kung pano nila sabihing di pera ni Corona yung nasa bank accounts nya.

Article 2 lang ang may pag-asa. Even 7 is not that convincing, walang smoking gun... Justice Sereno must have turned down the prosecution's invitation.

MANILA, Philippines - Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares admitted on Tuesday it was difficult to find a "smoking gun" that would prove that Chief Justice Renato Corona gave special treatment to former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo when the Supreme Court issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) for the former chief executive.

We want to get a smoking gun like a Clarissa Ocampo but that comes once in a lifetime e. So kami building blocks kami sa Article 7," he said in an ANC "Headstart" interview. Ocampo, a bank executive, was a key witness in the 2000-Jan. 2001 impeachment trial of then President Joseph Estrada.

Prosecutors said Sereno could have testified on Article 7 of the impeachment complaint, which accuses Corona of favoring former Mrs. Arroyo when the SC issued a TRO for her immediate travel.

Kung ako lang dapat stop na ang prosec sa article 2.

FYI Sereno is in no liberty to go to impeachment court on her own unless she have secured a waiver from SC en banc.

sumulat na si Representative from Bayan Muna to Justice Sereno para ma "invite" sya to speak sa impeachment court...

    scenario lang...

what if magtuloy si Sereno inspite na wala syang clearance from en banc? Ano ba SC rules ang pinaka grabeng pupuwedeng mangyari sa kanya? Hindi naman sya ma impeach I'm sure since tatanghalin pa syang bayani ng congress at ni PNoy kung gawin nya yun? Will Presiding Officer Enrile allow the testimony of Sereno inspite of the lack of clearance from the SC en banc assuming na magpakita si Justice Sereno sa impeachment court? Will the senator judges allow Sereno speak out (dumating na rin naman andyan na sya bakit sasayangin oras nya na pumunta tapos di naman pagsasalitain).. lalong laking gulo... pero PNoy and the congress impeachment boys may be glad... at least nasa SC ang circus at wala sa bakuran nila.. matatabunan yung mga issues sa loob ng bakuran nila (Naguiat, PPP, no productive output sa congress due to impeachment)...

labo nga... pero scenario lang naman..

but still think about it... i'm not a lawyer... i haven't done any research pa.. but I was just wondering... was this the first time tha a dissenting opinion ay di lang nag dissent, inilabas pa yung mga pangyayari during the deliberations and workings ng internal ng SC? kung ito ang first time.. napapaisip lang.. ganoon na ba kasama ang lakaran sa SC ? ganon na ba kalinis si Sereno para makonsyensya sya at ilabas nya sa dissenting opinion nya lahat, knowing the possible consequences? or maaari bang pinag handaan na yan na at one point, may kasong maaaring umabot sa ganyan, at lalabas na parang si Sereno ang penetration agent sa loob para mai expose laaht ang nangyayari sa loob?

    Now the question is...

Why SC release a resolution barring its employee and justices from responding to a subpoena or volunteer themselves as witnesses unless they got a waiver from en banc?

Impeachment against CJ Corona..
