Ayan na! Nag invoke na ng judicial privilege ang SC in light of the subpoena for the two SC employees. Impeachment court appears stupid at this point.
Corona: Sasagutin ko lahat ng paratang sa akin punto por punto!
In the meantime untouchable na kami dito sa SC.

ano purpose ng pag witness ng mga cameraman? ano relation ng video sa relationship nila GMA at cJ?
wala ba silang makuhang magandang ebidensya?Last edited by jansky; February 28th, 2012 at 04:46 PM.

The cameraman was called upon to authenticate the video presented by the prosecution.
AFAIK, the video was presented to prove the inconsistency of the statements issued by the SC regarding compliance or non-compliance by the petitioners with the SC's TRO. Kung gusto mong magandang ebidensya, eh ang testimony ng SC justices ang pinakamaganda.
Yun lang, they issued a resolution exempting themselves and other SC employees from testifying.

Prepare for war na ang prosec tomorrow. They will be offering the bank docs as evidence in tomorrows hearing according to Tupas.
Let's see if makaka lusot sila sa butas ng karayum.
