    Ayaw gumana ng edit.

He added that the Senate body still needs to wait for the Supreme Court because there is a prohibition and there is an exclusionary provision under Republic Act 6426, which pertains that bank accounts “cannot be inquired into or looked into or examined.”

Enrile shared the view of Sen. Joker Arroyo who had expressed alarm that government offices may be used in going after personalities believed to be going against the Aquino administration.

“Yes, because the AMLC is not supposed to examine any account without going to court,” Enrile added.
Langya parehas pala sila ng isip ni Joker.

Bye bye na si PNoy nito. It will be SC and Senate vs President after the impeachment.

Hindi na kukurap pinas nito hangang matapos ang term ni PNoy, it will be a painful term indeed.

    Curious...

If prosec didnt vouch for the authenticity of the attached document for purposes of the subpoena, would that mean they were still on data gathering /investigation mode? Fishing nga lang talaga... Granted that the court should allow for discovery... Lalong nagiging relevant ang pre trial...

Kung ganyan nga mukhang dapat talaga may pre trial and that should be integrated into the senate rules on impeachment para mas smooth ang process sa trial proper... That way.. Mas productive ang trial..

All that is being accomplished here is ma publicize lahat...

And sa media all they care about is the scoop... The deadlines... Madali nilang ilagay na as of this time the other side has yet to comment, pero tinitira na nila sa editorial nila and commentaries... Wala talaga due process sa media... Kaya din siguro nahawa ang prosec na a media na lang.

Corona may be off the hook because of poor planning from prosecution but the for me, the damage is done.

not yet. but if yes, yan naman talaga plan. kasi kung damaging talaga ang kanilang evidence i dont think they will present so many articles. Farinas is very much correct in his observations re; drafting ng articles of impeachment. yung kay del Castillo ayan di minamadali.

Only BSP conducts regular audits to the bank. PSBank President is lying

Mas may weight daw ang testimony ng President of PSbank because he was under oath according to the defense. Therefore BSP is lying. Hindi ka talaga pwedeng maging lawyer kung di ka pilosopo oo.

The danger here is that Enrile share the sentiments of Arroyo, and he believes BSP leaked those documents and not PSBank.

Maghanda-handa na ang prosecution nito, talo na sila sa kaso. Enrile will surely not allow those bank documents be admitted as evidence.

Impeachment against CJ Corona..
