I think Corona find another ally in Jingoy.

How in the world will you be able to validate the authenticity of the bank documents your honor if your not going to compare it to the original.

Unless the prosecution will get the original themselves without the summon and break bank secrecy law in the process.

And Jingoy was too kind to the defense today, he will not pursue a possible contempt on them na daw. But he will grill tupaz.

basta in relation to bank docs, kaaway mo si jingoy. kasi up to now yun pa rin ang ikinagagalit nya nung last impeachment ng tatay nya. equitable and the volutary info na binigay ng citibank.

kumbaga e parang "oy tupaz galingan nyo naman para kumampi ako sa inyo. lalo ako magmumukhang walang alam kung kakampi ako sa pag-iisip at style mo."

dapat ibalik dun sa private prosecutor. halatang gusto lang magpamedia coverage si tupaz. talking about "who do you know" kesa "what do you know".

Then kung susundan mo linya ni Jingoy, ayon sa kanya problema na ng prosecution yan. Ano sila sinuswerte. Abay kung di ba naman sya tanga, if that is the case either the prosecution will not submit evidence on bank deposits or submit it and violate the law.

Dahil di ka naman pwedeng pumunta sa banko at humingi ng account details na wala court order. Now kung ayaw pumayag ni Enrile na mag issue ng subpoena na walang specific bank account numbers, eh pano na?

dyan talaga lalabas yung minadali ng prosecution(imo pacute sila kay PNOy na kayang kaya nila basat susuportahan nya) yung filing ng impeachment. tapos sinabayan pa ng puro media. imo, dapat tahimik lang sila sa strategy nila para mangapa din ang kalaban. ang problema lang talaga di pa sapat ang paghahanda pero me basis na ifile(just like Farinas said). dun talaga sila titirahin ng depensa. kala yata nila dadalhin sila ng popularity ni PNoy sa korte eh.

Well the prosecution definitely made a blunder as far as composing the articles of impeachment.

Masyadong lang idiotic ang issue regarding the bank accounts.

Enrile: I will not issue a subpoena for bank account unless you will be specific on the account numbers.

Jingoy: Bahala kayo sa buhay nyo, ano kayo sinuswerte.

How in the world are going to get those account numbers from the bank if you don't have a court order unless you want to break the bank secrecy law?

In the end kung susundan mo arguments ng mga senators, eh hindi ka talaga makapag submit ng evidence regarding bank accounts.

kasi those things should have done before the filing. kumabaga dapat me mga bala na sila at naisip na nila pano diskarte gagawin nila sa court. kung yung "small lady" tactic and the like, ginawa na nila nuong bago pa man ifile, makakaangat na sila ng husto. nasa plano ya just like nung kay erap. ang problema talaga is they just file. for me, walang makakalusot sa impeachment kung paghahandaan lang at me suporta ang crocgress.

You're basically saying that you can no longer present new evidence during the trial, remember walang pre-trial to.

Besides those bank documents that came from the "small lady" were not marked as evidence that subpoenaed bank documents were. Misleading yung tira ni Jingoy.

no you can present new evidence as long as may idea ka na where to go.
ex. if they happen to know more like the account no of CJ corona, wag muna nila divulge kasi syempre tatanunging kung pano nalaman.
try to move around na kung pano mo mamasubpoena yung BM,
then during the questioning pwede mo na tirahin na "mam, are you aware (or something like that) na me $XXX si CJ on your branch with account no. XXXXXX."
this way di ka na fishing. kasi me prior knowledge ka na wag mo muna divulge syempre.. again example lang yung diskarte. i am not saying na dapat ganun.
ang nakikita ko kasi sa kanila e kung alam nila info, broadcast kagad sa media. so the defense have to time to argue or object kasi alam na nila patutunguhan. in other words they are two steps behind(parang kanta ng banda heheheheh).
