    Enrile: It seems you do not have evidence. You are just getting info from the subpoena This is going to be a fatal error on your part.

    Mukhang gustong basura ni manong enrile yung subpoena ng bank records ah. Fishing expedition at fake daw, eh exact bank account numbers naman yung pina subpoena ng prosecution and was proven that those accounts exist.

    Plus he's complaining na wala naman daw evidence ang prosecution? Disturbing tong current development ni manong enrile. Sya pa daw ang nag papa subpoena sa witness, abay manong prosecution po ang nag request na subpoena ang branch manager ng PSBank. Si Garcia nga lang ang sumipot.

    Tanong lang po sa legal experts. If the prosecution requested subpoenas using "dubious" documents, paano na yung evidences that were gathered from those subpoenas?

    With regards to the leaked bank documents, PSBank Manager Tiongson said "This seems fake. This did not come from our bank." Upon hearing this, Enrile demanded an explanation from the prosecution. "Explain in 24 hours."... Enrile then said to Tiongson, "Bring, tomorrow, the original copy of bank document & notify your pres. to return to this court for examination."
