Bros. and Sis, I just received my copy of The Bar Tribune special edition for January 2012. The 9 Regional Governors and the National President and Chairman of the Board of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines issued a statement entitled "Uphold the Constitution, Protect the Rule of Law". Let me share you some of the important declarations which are quoted hereunder:
"Thus, for the guidance of the bar and the public, the IBP, through its Board of Governors, stands firm on its position that the impeachment complaint runs afoul with the Constitution in form and substance."
"Finally, we call on our people and stakeholders of the justice system to pay the price of vigilance. On trial now is not only the judicial independence of the Supreme Court. It is our own commitment to the Supremacy of the Constitution, the Rule of Law and Political democracy.

Yung tinatawag ng prosecution witnesses from Megaworld and other real estate companies, di mapipilitan mag dala at mag testify on properties na di naka pangalan kay CJ as ruled by presiding officer JPE...another fishing expedition down the tubes.
