    The disadvantage here is that, if you noticed in the Senate, this move might be reason enough to drop article 2. Nasa anak na kasi and wala na sa CJ.

    paano naman yung iba na basic pay lang umaasa... di ba doon din kinukuha ang pambayad sa mga nabanggit mo?

    says who? did you read that tax code? allowed lang kung reasonable.. pag ang allowance mas malaki pa sa basic pay.. hindi na reasonable yun.. and these allowances should be directly connected to the development, management and operation of the trade, business or profession of the taxpayer, or that are directly related to or in furtherance of the conduct of his or its trade.

    tsaka dapat may corresponding receipts lahat ito.. ngayon kung performance bonus, allowances, etc.. dapat part to nang gross income and any amount more than 30T taxable dapat ito..

    BIR is not prosecuting Corona in the impeachment
