bro., I myself is an officer of the Judiciary, my basic salary is only 46 K plus, less tax na mga 8K plus, & GSIS contri & loans, so my net income on my basic salary is only 31 K plus, pero meron naman akong monthly allowances na RATA na 8K, JDF, mga 2,5 K more or less, allowance sa city govt, 2K and allowance sa Prov'l govt na 2K din, tapos aside from our midyear and year end bonus na 25K, twice a year din kaming maka-receive ng 1 month salary, lahat po yan tax free, marami pang allowances an pa-kunti2X from 5K to 10 K lalo na for the months of April, May, June, Oct, Nov., Dec., Jan. and Feb. Ano pa kaya si CJ and other Justices. To sum up, their monthly total income could be 150-200K per month, IMHO. yong witholding tax nila dyan ay baka 10K to 15K lang dahil nga maraming allowances na tax exempt.

dami niyo palang mga perks & allowances that you won't normally get in a private company. consider yourself lucky to have those added benefits on top of your basic. ung mga allowances, hindi ba talaga taxable un? alam ko sa private ung mga 13th month, bonuses ay taxable.

sana after this impeachment trial, isama na sa tax lahat ng allowances. para ito ay ma reflect din sa ITR. talking about check and balance.
agree... but I don't think its the "T" Badge. kasi the Livina at 1.2M is basically the old...
