    Grabe naman magtataho yan! Alam nya nangyayari sa regional trial court.

    Ang alam ko bwisit kay dr beats si anak ng tupas, computer generated at dennis roldan.

    Tama ireklamo si drilon dahil hindi sya pwede iobject ng defense. Natawa nga ako unang tanong palang ng lookalike ni juana change napa-object ng di-oras si justice cuevas. Eh hindi pala pwede iobject ang senador-judge. Napangiti si dr beats dahil nahalata nya pakay ni drilon.

    Mas maganda sumali na lang drilon sa prosecution para patagisan sila ng galing ni dr beats.

    I think the numerous objections in this trial can be blamed on the prosecution in the simple basis that they are unprepared and that the articles of impeachment are very poorly crafted - very broad accusations and allegations. Thus accusations of it as a "fishing expedition".

    And the unpreparedness stemmed from the fact that they rushed the passing of the impeachment articles thus giving them less time to prepare.

    Now, Adel Tamano in ANC pointed out that if the articles of impeachment passed through deliberation in the lower house (committee then plenary level), the accusations might have been improved. He compared it to the accusations against Clinton wherein the allegations are very detailed unlike the one passed in our lower house.

    And one online article I read mentioned why rush the passing of the impeachment articles when they are sure they have the numbers in congress.

    Saka parang mga prosecution dito ah, naiwan sa kangkungan (1st day) eh ang tagal na nun eh, mag 5th day na sa tuesday then nailabas na SALN, kahit anong pigil ng defense, nakita na hinde lahat na declare ni kapre...

    So far yun 1st day talo prosecution pero after that kinain na nila defense

    Yun comedy na lang ni cuevas ang meron saysay sa ginagawa ng defense eh...
