let the truth come out by evidence, kahit na mag grand standing pa kung sino man, mahina man ang prosecutor at magaling ang defense, siguro naman evidence pa din ang masusunod:-)

ano na kayang mangyayari kay clerk of court?

sabi kasi nung defense...."even though the Chief Justice had given his go ahead to release the documents, it did not mean that Vidal would be spared from possible administrative sanctions from the 15-member high tribunal. He (CJ) was speaking only for himself … the judiciary is an institution, not just the Chief Justice,”

Anyone noticed the prosecution is more like a phishing evidence expedition than actually having any evidence...

Not really fishing for evidence. It is a mere comparison of documentary evidence already presented or being presented and drawing a conclusion from such comparison.

The Clerk of Court of the SC was the prosecution's witness and she was ordered, by way of subpoena duces tecum, to produce the documents (i.e. SALN) required by the impeachment court. The same with the person who was the custodian of SALNs for cabinet officers.

I believe that in this afternoon's hearing, the Register of Deeds for Marikina, QC and other localities will be summoned as well to produce and identify titles to properties in the name of Corona.

The apparent game plan is to compare the assets and income declared by Corona in his SALN with properties he actually owns (as they appear in the records of the various Register of Deeds) and point out to the court that he could not have bought them all unless the monies used in acquiring them were illegally obtained.

All the prosecution has to show is that the SALNs grossly understate Corona's income or the number and value of his properties and you now have a prima facie case of graft and corruption, unless Corona can somehow say he inherited vast sums from dead relatives or he won the lottery many times over.

    The relevant questions would be:

    1. Did Corona declare those 40 properties allegedly owned by him? Conversely, does he actually own more than 5 properties (which he previously admitted to own)?

    2. If these properties were, in fact, declared, did he indicate the correct value or was it undervalued?

    3. How was Corona able to acquire these properties on the salary of a Justice of the Supreme Court? If he proclaims that they are a "family of no ordinary means", was he able to get other lawful sources of income? Were these sources declared in his SALN?
