    ha... the SUPREME COURT JUstices especially the CJ... must be willing to play this game... w/c is part of the filipino culture... GRABE naman edi wala nang mangyayari sa pilipinas kung ganyan ang utak pati ng mga magistrado natin.... ganyan na nga utak ng mga tongressman eh... gusto mo pati ang Last arbiter ng batas eh ganyan din?

    Hindi nga court of law yan... pero DAPAT nasa tama pa din ang decision nila... kung may kasalanan PARUSAHAN... kung walang kasalanan... i-abswelto.... gamitin dapat ang utak... wag ang puso....

    one vote lang naman siya sabi niya "insignificant" yun vote niya, that's what his implying yesterday...so kung nag inhibit siya magkakaroon pa rin ng decision...at least pag ganun. meron semblance ng fair and impartiality yun decision.

    kung ganun po edi dapat pala lahat ng appointee ng panahon ni gma eh mag inhibit din... edi 2 justice nalang ang matitira... then dapat din mag inhibit yung 2 appointee ni pnoy... edi wala nang natira...
