If Americans destroyed Manila during WW2, why didn't the Filipinos do the same to an American city?

From the way the TS uses second person plural pronouns ( you, yours), he/she is not even Filipino.

Pakawala yan ng mga propogandists malamang, trying to rouse public opinion against 'Imperialist America'

We're all aware of the many sins committed by many American personnel and their government in many nations.

But better the devil you know, than the one you don't.

OT: China's Debt-Trap Diplomacy will destroy the Philippines even more, IMHO.
