Awaiting pa daw ng guidelines from BIR sabi ng HR namin. So possibly sa end of year na lang daw may Tax refund dahil dito.

Ano pang guidelines kailangan dun, 82k ang ceiling, if the total bonus is within the ceiling wala nang tax.

Let us be honest here, sino bang nagbabayad ng tamang tax dito?
Malamang kami lang mga govt employees, di ba? Dahil no choice kami.

Paano yung mga self-employed o sa private company nag-wowork? Probably they'll find a way to reduce the tax payable because they prefer their money being enjoyed by their employees rather than our govt (or its officials).

    amen to that!

To add up, may tax shield sa private company kila esmi meron.

I don't know how it works pero for sure nabutasan nila yung batas kaya in a way "legal" pa din.

I'd say yung mga private employees do pay the correct taxes as well as the employer computes their tax deduction base on declared dependents. Come to goverment employees, bro likely ikaw lang and the rest of honest to goodness salary & bonus/incentive dependent employees. The rest or may be the majority sa goverment, daming under the table that are obviously tax free. Sa customs lang...clerk, janitor, security guard makes more than their salary tax free.
