Unconstitutional daw i-move ang baranggay elections because the term of the baranggay officials end this month and there's no law that would enable them to extend their terms.

Langya wala pa man ding filing of candidacy nangangampanya na.

Since it's non-working holiday, there's no work in LTO.

Dito sa amin, marami na rin nangangampanya.

MANILA, Philippines -- Malacañang has declared October 29, Monday, a special non-working holiday throughout the country for the Barangay (village) and Sanggunian Kabataan (Youth Council) elections.

Proclamation 1403 released on Wednesday said that the holiday would “give the people fullest opportunity to participate in the aid elections and exercise their right to vote.”

AFAIK - Nov 2 is automatically a holiday following the old Proclamation by Malacanang.
