    We had that scheme running smoothly 12hoursx4days a week running for over 2 years in manufacturing.

    OT starts after the prescribed number of hours of work; In this case, 48 hours/week.

    tiningnan lang ang magiging kapakinabangan ng naisip nyang panukalang batas at hindi ang masamang epektong magiging dulot nito
