My boss for 10 yrs started as a cleaner..sa madaling salita tiga linis ng mga bahay bahay....then sumugal sya on buying a school business using his old house as a colateral...he started like 100 students muna..then boom! Went up to 1000-1500 students after 6 yrs...he payed his old house then sold it..tapos bumili ng bahay worth 1M$ in cash..every 2yrs palit ng kotse..starred from a kia hatch ..then a 2003 prado then 2005 prado..a 5series bmw..then 6.3amg then a z4 then an audi Q7....for a span of 10yrs only

Hes got 2 siblings...at age 17 naka corolla hatch ung isa and yung babae naka mini.cooper...

Hes secret?...lahat ng staff nya ang gumagawa, he hired a good marketing manager and a school principal then ayun lumago ang business..he just sitting in his room checking his bank account daily...hes only a highschool graduate...and have no idea about sa education industry....currently dalawa na ang school nya..yung isa nagrerrent sya pero yung isa binili na nya yung the whole 4th flr ng building...afaik around 5M$ ung buong flr located at the heart of cbd sydney....

strange thing is pinoys dont seem to care where a wealthy person's money comes from

sa business community everyone is known by what business they're engaged in so everyone sees everyone else's source of income so it's easy to explain everyone else's lifestyles --- that's in the business community

but outside the business community there are many people who live extravagantly but have no visible source of income

thing is the public doesnt seem to care and question those people

May kaibigan ako... ex-con sya ang kaso nya ay robbery.

Right now big time na sya may mga paupahang apartment and water refilling station. Magandang bahay at mamahalin na mga sasakyan.

No body cares kung ex con sya dahil may pera sya eh at no one asked him kung saan nanggaling ang pera nya.
