which why japan is too prosperous anywho, the reason why the country is corrupt is not only by the officials but the people who constitute it. voters will sell their vote yet still, they're the same people who rant on corruption. talk about mass hypocrisy
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

Before changing anything in the form of government, why don't we first change the electoral system? All legal-aged citizens can practice the right to suffrage(popularity contest) but only taxpayers' votes should decide who sits in elected positions that will run the country. I'm sure those who want to vote will now want to pay taxes...he-he.

The supporting ratification to this is the commensurating of the weight of the vote to the amount of tax paid by the individual. If you pay more taxes, your vote has more weight.

Ain't this better than changing the form of government now?

yes totoo yun but something has to come up or to be changed kasi nga tayo lang ang naiiwan sa mga kasabayan natin, in fact lamang tayo doon sa mga yun eh pero ngayon eh mas unlad sila kaysa atin. ang hirap tanggapin.

TXT VOTING system... hhhmm not a bad idea. tapos transparent talaga ano? kitang kita sa lahat ng tv station/channels.

hay naku ano nga ba oobra? just wait and see nalang sa next generation?
