Well if it is not true that they have made a BIG mistake...why the BIG silence of UP law center and Mr. Franklin Drilon?

AFAIK, Jarius Bondoc is one of the members of ConCom and also accused by Lacson before as one of the receivers ng payola ng malacanang together with Tulfo.
I just wonder that during the senate hearing on North Rail, everyone invited for questioning didn't attend dahil daw sakop sila ng EO 464.

Did somebody bother to call up the UP Law Center and ask them about the supposed "mistake"?

Actually there was a Senate inquiry and those from UP came, but those from the administration hid behind EO464.

As I read it, galing China ang funds. Very attractive ang interest rates. One caveat: the Chinese government chooses the contractor. Fair enough since pera naman nila yon.

Ok sige kung may anomalya talaga then punish the culprits BUT honor the binding contract. If our country cannot honor contracts who will trust us to honor our other obligations? China can always say "there are other countries who need this money". And gusto pa nilang mag-invest ang Chinese sa oil exploration at mining sa atin?

Besides nagrereklamo ba ang benefactors ng Northrail, e.g., the people who live in Bulacan who will only spend less than 50 pesos and in 30 minutes nasa Metro Manila na sila? Nope. Ang nagrereklamo ang mga walang pakialam. Siguro dahil di sila kumita.

To sum it up: kung may irregularities then tie the culprits to the Northrail tracks and have a train run over them a few times. Everybody happy diba?
