Sandals/Crocs are also a good way to stay married to the same person. No other footwear says "I've let go of myself." 😊

Kidding aside, fertility rate has a lot to do with our environment. Our OB is a fertility specialist. She says low sperm count and most female reproductive disorders are caused by poor nutrition, stress and pollution.

You can do what you can by not eating anything processed, but most food producers also use hormones, antibiotics, etc. aside from preservatives. Plants also tend to absorb pollutants, so for that reason I don't buy any fruits from China.

A lot of people claim they grow organic food, but can you really take their word for it? Best would be to buy a piece of land you know to be clean and grow the food there yourself. Or do it in your backyard.
