Yah what is Php 2M. Bawi na yan sa profit dun sa chopper.
To be accurate GMA camp failed to comply as to who will be the attorney that will receive subpoena, etc. to SC.
So all of this Constitutional Crisis won't hold ground since the TRO cannot be executed because all requirements
hasn't been complied when GMA wen't to NAIA. And was confirmed by SC that GMA party has not complied one
of the requirements. So De Lima is accurate when she said they cannot execute the TRO.
And yet SC is crying "Execute the TRO or else!" Coronaroyo SC is something else, they voted on the TRO without Oral
Argument from both parties.

November 19th, 2011 07:41 AM #155In hindsight, I would tend to believe that government was set to file the electoral sabotage case this fri and when Arroyo got wind of this info (she still has her network, after all), she immediately decided to seek a tro so she can leave.
Now that a case has been filed, the bigger question is does the government have an airtight case?

Meanwhile, Quezon Rep. Erin Tañada said yesterday that the SC should investigate Marquez, its spokesman-administrator, for making it appear that the Arroyos could leave immediately last Tuesday.
Tañada said Marquez repeatedly announced to the media after the tribunal issued a TRO that there was no more obstacle for Arroyo and her husband to go abroad.
“As it turned out, the TRO was not enforceable and could not take effect because at least one of the conditions prescribed by the Supreme Court has not been complied with,” he told a news conference.
Tañada was referring to the requirement for the Arroyos to designate a legal representative who would receive communications from the high court.
“Mr. (Ferdinand) Topacio (one of the Arroyos’ lawyers) may have delivered the P2-million cash bond to the Supreme Court on Tuesday night, but he forgot about the second condition,” he said.
