De Lima order to hold Arroyo is it unconstitutional ?

ang tingin ko they are not yet filing the case dahil they are trying to make it airtight. you're not gonna file a case just for the sake of filing. mababasura rin lang kaagad ng korte kung hinde airtight...saka meorn ako nabasa ewan ko sino nagsabi before xmas naka file na yan

Ayaw nila hilaw, baka ma Vizconde, kaso tong mga Arroyo mautak din iniikuatan ang proseso at nagpapaawa.. Tapos may mga tanga naman na kumakagat

Nakakatawa itong si bautista-horn lahat ng reklamo nila gawain din nila dati...sanaa nagpasundo kasi sila doon sa sumundo kay jun lozada sa airport dati, baka naipuslit pa sila or yun naglabas Kay garci

Tama, double jeopardy kalaban nila kapag mahina kaso. Dami kaya pera at connection ni GMA kaya mahirap kumuha ng ebidensiya, ilan na ba namatay/nagpakamatay dahil sa kontrobersiya na punot-dulo eh si GMA?

The President may choose 3 possible justices to be elected but lottery yung 1 mapipili. Just a suggestion. That is for 1 vacant slot ha. In that way, hindi completely favor sa Pres yung pagkaka-elect sa'yo, may 33.33% lang ng probability. Parang ganun.

sa dami (at ingay) ng mga tao na gustong makulong si GMA, kapag pinabayaan nya umalis, say goodbye na to her DOJ stint, and even perhaps higher political ambitions... pati si PNoy siguro madadamay ang popularity nya...

pero sa effect nito sa legal community... isipin nyo.. DOJ secretary.. hindi sumunod sa Supreme Court... lahat talo dito.. akala nyo this is just Aquino vs Arroyo... election or plunder issue... hindi ah...

the repercussions will affect business and investment community... granted that the Philippines already enjoy a bad reputation with upholding contracts (Piatco, current contracts voided by Aquino government left and right).. executive yan...

no matter how you look at it.. both SC and Executive gets hit here.... kahit may perception na puro appointee ni GMA sa SC kaya madali naka TRO.... kahit may perception na vindictiveness lang ang Aquino kaya ganito... sino pa gusto pumasok sa kontrata sa gobyerno? too risky... kung gusto ng gobyerno na best deal makuha nya sa mga PPP projects... kung ako investor tapos may ganitong uncertainty.. mataas risk na later on pag nag iba na ang admin ay ma revoke contract... either i do not do business and bring my business elsewhere... or even if i do business.. taasan ko bidding as sort of insurance to mitigate the risk....

so sa kahuli hulihan.. sino ang talo dito? Pilipino pa rin...
