    When I saw it was Osmena, medyo nagbago isip ko. But it's still frustrating it took so damn long. We've known about this scam since e start. Grabe, ilang million nagastos for absolutely no point. Nakakdismaya lang sa mga NGOs and mga private corporations trying to help out when we see the money that could have been used to build something that these communities could have really been helpful wasted on overpriced bridges.
