Kung sa democratic republic system nga eh marami nang nagawa si GMA and her allies for personal/family gains, how much more in a parliament system where she has more and "infinite hold" in power as prime?

Parliamentary best worked in HK and Singapore kasi "less" ang corruption dun and consistently and effectively enforced and laws nila.

They didn't always need to effect much necessary change from the already proven and stable state Britain has left them to begin with.

The Philippines is much far from that.

Although I'm not saying democratic republic set-up really works. Take a look around and I might have to agree with parliamentary. But it all ends up to who will be holding prime power and how able is he/she to have one.

any form of gov't will not work well for the filipino people as long as we put the same people in it

pag naging parliamentary system tayo, the selection of the person who will lead the nation will rest on political alignments rooted on the sole interest of political parties and the person who leads the dominant party in the coalition (if it is necessary)

at least, in the presidential system, the president owes his position to the people. . .but then again, basically, trapos are trapos pa rin, so it will depend on that person's puso and malasakit sa taong bayan

yun nga naambunan ka ng grasya ng tinatamasa ng first world countries. ang hindi umuunlad yun mga bansa na kahit tv hirap sila, yun Myanmar, cambodia, even a greater part of India

freedom is the best thing a leader can provide his people. and so we are free to enjoy those things and then to make it productive. but if you're always gonna use your freedom to snap back at our leaders. how will the universe judge you kaya? sayang ang energy alloted sa'yo para ka na din parasite na puros kabig at reklamo. hindi eto directed sa'yo ha *uls kase alam ko mayaman ka. pero yun iba talaga ewan
