    You may want to check the facts on that.

    TLDR, in a world where people hate reading technical stuff or long posts, they DO pay taxes on a lot of things. The taxes they DO NOT pay are very limited.

    Again, freedom of expression. You cannot tax that.

    Music is protected expression, journalism is protected speech. Going by your argument, we should tax music played on a guitar, and journalism written on paper or a computer.

    Church service is protected expression, the place of worship itself is a mere manifestation of that expression. The realty exemptions are there to unbburden the expression itself.

    All of that, taxed. Except those parts (religious) that qualifies for the exemption.

    Too lazy to go into the nitty gritty tonight though.
