We have policies/rules in the master deed that prevents any race from being majority occupants in any building. Be it residential, commercial or mixed use.
There is even one instance where a convenience store previously owned by a pinoy is now being run by a chinese guy. Result is there is no single item in the store that i want to buy as a pinoy. All of the items are meant for chinese people. We talked to the owner verbally, he agreed naman. Hintay na lang kami ng actions niya. Kapag wala siyang ginawa we will officially send a letter to his mailbox demanding our request.

word for the day: GENTRIFICATION
more than tiny islands
the Chinese invasion is already happening here on the main island of Luzon
i don't have data but it's logical that the influx of Chinese workers means there's tremendous demand for housing
Chinese money will drive up rent prices which will price out locals who can't afford to match
Soon there will be entire neighborhoods of Chinese mainlanders onlyLast edited by uls; April 3rd, 2019 at 03:31 PM. Reason: can ---> can't
