Buying a new car during "Ghost Month"

August ??? ghost month??? ahhh kaya pala... AU_GHOST hehehe pano yan? july 31 ko na pick up sa casa ang innova ko? di pala ako napasali. Pano naman yung mga umoorder ng unit na matagal na? tapos "Ghost month" dumating? ? ? ?

By the way for the record ghost month ends on September 7. Meaning September 8 and beyond pwede na...

This is not even worth discussing kasi parang religion lang ito eh... Do you believe in Jesus Christ or do you believe in Allah? Ganun lang din eto...

Supposed Feng Shui "masters" do get rich because of the gulliblility of people. They will purpotedly give "advices" at exorbant costs to clients (just like doctors).

Its surprising how this superstition (I don't consider it a regligion, btw) has gone mainstream, stretching way beyond the borders of its point of origin.

Not just cars, anything BIG in nature... So buying houses and land and even starting businesses is a no-no. Buying shares of stock din rin pwede. Pero ako tuloy pa rin ang trading ng stocks... Pero di lang ako bibili ng kotse kasi makikita yan ng parents ko pero yung stock account ko di nila makikita yun...

Hahaha so powerful is the Chinese community in the local stock market that volumes are noticeably much lower on ghost months... Even Pinoy brokers call it the ghost month effect!

OB, ikaw naman alam mo naman ang sagot diyan eh...kahit na constructions or renovations hinde rin dapat.

Being a Fil-Chinese, the "Ghost Month" actually forbids major undertakings, like getting married, opening a business, buying a house etc. Just follow what you believe in, I myself don't believe in this but as of respect I don't ridicule people who follow this belief.
