P400 per day per employee
10 employees
6 day work week
P24,000 per week to pay salary of 10 employees.
WAGE HIKE:
P550 per day na... so P33,000 per week to pay salary of 10 employees.
Hmmmm....
I will lay off 3 employees.
so 7 X P550 = P3,850
P3,850 X 6 days = P23,100 per week to pay salary of 7 employees.
HEHEHE

May 1st, 2008 03:47 AM #33automation is one solution to the wage hike problem. try to identify areas sa biz mo na puwede i-automate and invest on it na lang.
another would be hiring freelancers, job specific na lang but with strict deadline

May 1st, 2008 08:33 AM #34If the government are really seroius about it they should start cutting down taxes for labor worker. Yung tax umaabot ng 10-20 percent depende sa salary range. Matagal pa yang increase na yan dapat yung tax na lang numa ng mga worker ang bawasan. This will help a lot.

the govt wont cut taxes. the govt needs all the taxes it can get. And the foreign creditors will not allow GMA to cut taxes.
If anything, the foreign creditors want GMA to create more taxes.
