Whenever I see the media crying that it should be the crisis management team who's to blame for their own actions, I am reminded of a spoiled child pointing fingers at the other kids.

Sure, the government screwed up. But the fact of the matter is, it was their actions that partly contributed to the aggravation of the situation. No amount of whitewashing, finger-pointing and excuses will ever change that.

Onto Tulfo's case, he keeps on saying he's trying to help, but the fact is, it's not *his* job to help. He's there to report, not to mediate.

For that alone, they have some responsibility for the entire situation. And thus, appropriate charges need to be filed.
