Yes, seems like the bill refers to photographing someone else without their knowledge. Selfie is taking a photo of yourself, right? Yung author ng article either di talaga alam o nagpapa pansin lamang

It's about time to abolish the legislature, total waste of tax payers money. The notion for check and balance is total BS as it's always aligned with the executive.

yes... and the notion that not having check and balance will not inevitably lead dictatorship is a totally sane idea
