( sabi nga ng isang judge.... kung pwede lang masubukan ng taong bayan maging judge para malaman nila na hindi pala pwedeng madaliin ang paglilitis....

    unlike yung regular cases... every 2-3 months ang schedule ng hearing.... depende pa sa calendario ng husgado yan....

    balak siguro ng mga panyeros ... uubusin pera ng mga ampatuan ... para kahit na mapawalan-sala (huwag naman), wala na silang babalikan na kayamanan, wala na kapangyarihan, madali na sila resbakan ng kaaway nila

    Its barely acceptable to have a negotiated settlement if you accidentally run over someone who is crossing in the wrong place
    Much less in a massacre

    I mean where else in the world will a massacre end in a negotiated settlement?
