Neri also said that on the advice of his lawyers, he mentioned Abalos’ offer to President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in a phone conversation.

“Abalos offered me P200 million,” Neri recalled as telling the President.

Neri said the President had told him not to accept the bribe.

Ayaw mo ata ng 200?!...sa akin na nga lang ang parte mo! hehe.

That's circumstantial evidence that the stink goes all the way to the top. Anong klaseng presidente ba itong si Pandak na may nag-report na nga ng anomalya eh, wala pa ring ginawa??

Naturally, Abalos denied it. But its a quesiton of credibility. Sino ba ang mas kapani-paniwala? Neri or Abalos/Pandak? I'd pick the technocrat over crooked politicians anytime.

medyo nakapagbasa na ako tungkol sa deal na yan kaya magcocomment na ako.

Ang loan for the NBN deal ay galing sa China. sinasabi ng gobyerno na ung nagpautang ang pwedeng pumili sa contractor ng deal na yun, so sabi daw, pwedeng wala ng bidding. Pero ang masama dito, we are still paying for the loan. So dapat dumaan sa bidding process.

At tungkol naman sa allegations sa corruption, dapat ituloy ang investigation para malaman kung sino talaga ang may sala. Yes, may sinasabi si JDV3, pero kahit sino naman pwedeng magkalat ng ganung chika. Sana mas maganda kung mas maraming evidences ang ma-ipresenta at dumaan sa tamang proseso.
