Paltos ata ang dikta at bloc voting ng religious groups.

Naghahanap siguro si Teodoro kung saan napunta yung promised 6M votes from a religious, yung kay Bro. Eddie at endorsement for Mar Roxas. Ibig sabihin, si Noynoy lang dinala nila, di solid........

the good:
1. mas mabilis nga sana kung touch screen, not sure kung mas mura since ang balik nito is you don't have to print ballots na, and, if they decide to use it long term (just reprogram every election), then may ROI din yun... effectively, elections should be cheaper in the long run for the government (may not be for the candidates)...

2. if integrated with biometric scanner (fingerprint or retina scan), would be good tool to improve voter identification...

the bad:
1. may take time for voters to get used to it... but who knows... sa laki ng voter turn out kahapon inspite of the doomsday scenarios being peddled by so called * you fill in the blanks *

2. may require a setup of multiple (10 - 20 ?) touchscreen machines per precinct (assuming clustered pa rin), then a server to collate the results in the precinct... then that server transmits upward ..

3. stability - with the penchant of our government officials of always wanting to get credit for themselves, even if mag start na gumamit ng touchscreen, baka yung mga sumunod na leaders would opt for a different technology.. para lang they get the credit (and possibly kickback?)...
