Phil. League of Gov. daw galing yung pera. Sila na umako nung pamimigay ng pera sa Malacanang.
Kung talagang sila ang responsible dito, bakit inabot pa ng almost 2 weeks bago sila nag-labas ng statement. Dapat the next day, nagsalita na sila agad. Eh di, di na sana lumaki pa ang issue.
Ha-ha! Sino niloko niyo?Last edited by chua_riwap; October 24th, 2007 at 02:09 AM.

Binay on LPP claim: Tell that to the Marines
[SIZE=2]The United Opposition dismissed Wednesday claims made by leaders of the League of Provinces of the Philippines that the group funded "cash gifts" distributed to local officials in Malacañang on October 11.
"Evardone has always been quick to defend [President] Arroyo and Malacañang, yet when his patron needed him most, he kept silent for 12 days. Now he says the money came from them and he expects the people to believe him? Tell that to the Marines," Binay said in a statement.
He added that even the LPP treasurer, Rizal Gov. Casimiro Ynares III, was unaware that disbursements were made from the league's "capability building funds."
He said Evardone and other LPP officials could face administrative charges for claiming that the cash gifts came from the group's funds.
"The LPP is funded by contributions from member provinces, and the contributions are taken from the budget of the provincial governments. These are public funds, and should be subject to auditing and standard disbursement procedures," he said.
"This is a very clumsy attempt to manage the issue. In effect, Governor Evardone has owned up to possible administrative and criminal liabilities for what appears to be unauthorized disbursement of funds," he added.
