    noi,
    congrats on your new everest!

    based on my personal experience with my 4x2 M/T everest...

    * ride quality
    -- softer ang ride compared sa crosswind/hilander, halos parehas lang sa adventure/revo. yung sa akin nagpalit ako ng adjustable shox kaya comparable na ang ride nya with my brother's innova.
    -- hindi maalog ang engine. akala ng ibang officemate ko eh gas yung engine ng everest kc tahimik sa loob at hindi nagsha-shake ang kambyo.

    * max speed
    -- 160 or 165 kph ang max speed (5th gear * 4,000 rpm). sa hatawan (from full stop), cyempre mauuna ng konti ang mga crosswind na may maliliit na gulong (15" na low profile, yung 50 or 55 series), pero pag nasa 70-80 kph or higher, dun na lalamang ang everest.
    -- turbo kicks in at 2,000 rpm. pag nasa 2,000 rpm ka or higher, doon mo ma-eenjoy ang power ng turbo!

    * fuel efficiency
    -- city driving (QC to makati) -- nasa 7-8 kms/liter
    -- highway (swabe driving) -- 12 to 14 kms/liter
    -- highway (harurot driving) -- 9 to 10 kms/liter

    HTH

    I agree with you on the engine's quietness. A long time friend who came to visit from the states recently thought that the everest engine is gas. When i told him that it was diesel I saw a shock look on his face. The everest is not really that lethargic as what people say, nasa driver and maintennance lang yan

    ako bumibili lng ng biodiesel sa seaoil -- they call it BioExceed (P125/Liter)

    1 or 2 liters of biodiesel for every full tank (70 liters ang everest) -- pwede na yun
