    try mo surplus lite-ace na pick up with 2ct engine...

    meron kami dati mga original toyota tamaraw 3k at 4k engines (80's model AUV), sulit yun pang light deliveries compared to suzukis...

    funny you should mention that...i was in cebu lately, and apparently some shop is reconditioning (what appeared to be) Lite Aces into passenger jeepneys, delivery trucks, and even a fire truck!

    pero ang alam ko sa earlier Lite Aces, medyo mahina makina -- 1.6L lang ata. medyo hirap sya pag paakyat at almost full load

    I've tried a Suzuki Super Carry (local 4cylinder 1 liter) and an L300 (diesel) for my water delivery business.
    Believe it or not, mas matipid pa sa gas yung L300! Tapos mas madami pang nasasakay.

    Having a small delivery van does have its advantages if you need to squeeze into tight spaces. Other than that you're better off with bigger vans.


    Suzuki is also offering a pickup-type APV at 460k. i haven't really seen any pics or brochures but it appears the barebones model has a truckbed at the back with very low dropsides. Still runs on gas though.
