I'm starting to believe that mechanic. Hmm...totoo kaya yun? B2200 pala ang sasakyan ko

I think yung glowplug relay ang tinutukoy niya as the timer ek ek thing.
bryboy,
Yes, may glowplug ang Frontier.
AC,
I suggest you have your present plugs tested. Mas madali ito kaysa having the rest of your electrics tested first (parang baligtad mag-isip ang mechanic mo). Madali lang naman i-test ito. You just have to run a current through them. Kung busted ang GP then get new ones. If they still work, saka mo pa lang dapat i-check ang electrics (start with the GP relay mounted on the battery).

January 8th, 2004 08:42 PM #28i used to have hard starting problems with my trooper. i asked our driver to change the battery but still the same.
good thing that one day, it didn't start anymore.
blessing in disguise.
i brought my trooper personally to sunking in 7th ave. cal., they told me that the battery is under-rated.
oh yeah! stupid me, i overlooked battery ratings over heater plugs, faulty injection and loose compressions....
after changing it to a delkor 3sm battery, i never fail to get a one click start in the morning.

January 8th, 2004 09:38 PM #29To check glow plugs:
Tanggalin mo lahat ng glow plugs. Wet each one of them with oil sa tip. Do this to the other three para ma-check mo.
There's a less effective way to check:
Multi-tester...Check mo continuity ng glow plug.
