mdpo,
your criteria limits your choices to one-box full-size vans mainly. even a suburban won't sit 10 comfortably (despite what the BIR says), nor was it designed to do so in the first place. check out the nissan urvan estate and toyota grandia and the hyundai starex jumbo, or a ford club wagon/E-150 for something more radical.
a starex will easily handle floods; it's pretty high off the ground and the chassis is, in fact, largely based on the gen2 pajero's.

sir ungas, marami din po ang naghahanap ng 2500 suburban, but GM don't see enough market for the model, so 1500 lang ang available. bakit sir, papalitan niyo ba si beast? hehehe
speaking of 10 seaters na din, madami na din ang kumukuha ng tahoe ngayon because of the excise tax.

guys,
yung e-150 ba mataas ang height? pwede ba ito pang baha? Ayaw nila kasi ng starex since the have bad experience with one. Grandia naman di daw ganun ka comfortable ang ride.
