The official Rancho distributor is Monroe Mktg co in Sta Cruz Manila- since Rancho is owned by Monroe. Saw their display in the last transhow for both Monroe and Rancho.

    Redhorse,

Is your trooper a UBS73 or UBR73(4x2)? What was the Rancho part no of the RS9000 model you got? Was it rancho RS99214?

A friend bought the RS5000 for P3150 each last week, for his trooper UBS73(4x4).

Pls give us a review based on the different settings. Thanks.

    mdpo & jackaroo:

sa sobrang excitement, maaga akong nagising, around 4:00 AM, and immediately went to work on the shocks.

The part number is RS99214 at P5980 ea. I could not believe it, perfect swak talaga sa trooper, unlike sa trailmaster, where the installer have to cut some parts, (its d tube na i-insert sa rubber bushing sa lower part). So no hassle yong aking DIY project. One thing I missed, a flashlight in good working condition.

Finished the job at around 6:00 AM.

Tips. Mabigat mag jack sa right front side ng trooper. Good thing, may GI pipe na nakatabi, nagamit ko to have a better leverage.

Ride comfort is the same. The unit itself is heavier than the old one.
