ganun rin kami, lahat ng sasakyan namin, mileage based ang oil change intervals. never kami sumunod sa time based. sayang kasi oil. never had problems with our practice.

Actually I'm also using synthetic Mobil 1 but according to my friend here abroad who used to work in some European Cars like : SAAB, BMW and others synthetic Oil can last up to 10Kms, but for your own it is safe to change only the OIL FILTER rather than the OIL itself since these oil are more costly than the FILTER. So, for me for 1year 12K lang ang reading ng Kms kaya every 6 months palit lang ng Filer then Tap up Oil to compensate the level, kasi after filter change malinaw na naman Oil mo

yup tama si otep, follow your manual, thats why dalawa ang naka-indicate sa manual..either a calendar one or a mileage reading...whichever comes first
