    hindi ko masyado naintindihan un thread e.. para saan ito?.. new lng me sa mga terms n ganun?

    Naka-sticky yung threads ng car shows. Nandun ang sked. Nissan Patrol (rear locker) and LC80 (import), rear, center, and front locker.

    Yung Hammer idadagdag pa ang locker (via ARB, etc.). Sa Pajero may rear locker yung mga imports (may switch dun sa tabi ng power outlet sa center console). Usually sa mga 2.5 diesels at 3.0 V6 meron nito.

    A diff lock will lock the torque split 50/50 between the left and right tires irregardles of the traction situation of the tires.

    Conventionally, the power from the engine will follow the path of least resistance meaning it will go the tire with the LEAST traction. This is what we do not want. A diff lock will split the power equally.

    how would i know kng import cya o local?.. magkano running price nito?

    un locker b ok na kahit rear lng or mas complete tlga bago ok.. i mean un needs nito..

    safari engine ba talaga un laman nun hammer?. edi mabilis un takbo nito?

    in some pick up trucks yeah they do.....like toyota tacoma....but that is a USDM truck..
    philippines....i dont know..

    A local LC would have manual locking front hubs. Makikita mo yung know at the center of the front wheel hub. 1997 Models still go for 1M++.

    Most of us here don't have lockers but we're still making it. Sa akin rear locker lang ok na since wala naman talagang front locker for Pajeros.

    Hindi lang engine. Lahat except the body and interior are from a Nissan Patrol. Suspension, chassis, drivetrain, lahat. Medyo mabagal din dahil hindi siya aerodynamic and mabigat ang bakal na gamit ng AMC.

    mga pickups dn ba may lockers?
    Currently wala. But most can be fitted with.

    Odell, dont' rush yourself in buying...lalo if money is not a problem....get all the possible specs that you need....plan if you want a "show car" or a hardcore off-roader or a mild show car and mild off-roader....dami kang options....maraming pros and maraming cons....the thing is you satisfy yourself and your needs.

    IMO, I would go for an AMC if I don't intended to re-sell it in the future and I do plan to do regular off-roading....sa interior kasi you could always adjust and adopt to make it decent enough to your taste.

    Now if re-selling in the future is part of the plan, get the branded ones na SUV's in the market.

    un hammer ba ni jappy for off roading na tlga?. i mean mga lockers. winch.. kasi un bumpers nya i dont think kelangan pang palitan.. how about un height nya.. tyres?'

    It is a rebodied Patrol (your choice of which Patrol generation). Napakadali humanap ng piyesa niyan. You can call Jappy for a private demo (like how I usually do). +63917VIPJAPY.

    Wala pang lockers at winch ang Hammer. Those are options (hindi naman lahat ng Hammer gagamitin ng owners off-road, eh). Most Nissan Patrol upgrades (drivetrain, suspension, engine, etc.) will work on the Hammer. As I have said before, unless hardcore ang off-roading na gusto mo, you can get by without lockers and a winch. Mas malaking equation pa rin ang driver so better start learning how to drive off-road :mrgreen: . It is not as simple as it seems after all. Mas madali pa makipag-drag race kaysa mag-off road (at least that's how I felt when I shifted focus).

    Mahirap magkamali sa mid-size SUV. Maganda ang compromise nila for on and off road duty lalo na yung mga truck based (full frame) like the Terrano, Trooper 4x4, Pajero 4x4, etc.

    hammer the best bet for me sa off road...ung according na to my specs since custom made din naman ito....

    kung gusto mo local...

    safari parin ako...,makakakuha ako ng mga 96 safari mga 700thou..

    or mga 93-94 na tig 550-600..tapos ung remaining na 400k pangaayos ko todo todo....as in suspension, paint...etc.....
