The blinking lights should stop blinking and just stay lit after you have driven a few meters in 4H.
Yes, it will be in 4WD.

Actually I set it to 4h this afternoon, and ran for a couple of meters, its still keeps on blinking... I might be having problems with the switch.. but is the 4h engaging in 4wd? meaning working even when its blinking? thanks...

April 2nd, 2004 03:02 PM #23for the blinking front tire indicators, either solenoid switch or hose problem lang yan. madali lang yan ayusin. i had the same problem, and replaced the switch and replaced one switch (dalawa yan silang magkatabi near the air filter area) and ok na.

April 2nd, 2004 04:30 PM #25di ko pa nakita ang bill ko so i don't know how much pero it is the set of two solenoid switches ebhind the airfilter. near the antena when you open the hood. you can't miss it. parang sa taas pa nga ng wheel well naka mount.

When the lights are blinking, the 4wd is engaged even if you are in 2H.
Automatic na yan. The SS4wd system was designed to be fail safe. That is why it goes to 4wd mode in the event of a failure.
luckytruck,
Update mo ko diyan sa repair mo ha. hehehehe. I think I have a hose problem on mine. Have to check pa. Saan mo nga pala pinagawa?

April 3rd, 2004 07:54 AM #27OTEP,
We have same problem on our gen2, i told our driver to shift it temporarily to 4H. Nawala na yun blinking.
Is this electrical related? pwede ko ba pagawa ito sa wizzards? A friend of mine told me electricals lang daw yun.
Pero i think youre right about this 4wd setting.

If anything fails in the 4wd system, the vehicle will automatically go into 4wd. So if you shift into 4wd with the blinking lights, it is in 4wd.
We tried it already, with all four wheels lifted.
Lancelot,
Pwedeng electrics or vacum ang problema.

Otep,
thanks and thanks also for the suggestion, I ran my vehicle in 4h since yesterday and right now, blinking stopped and its all light up... Also located the 2 solenoid switches, I did some cleaning with the air hoses and probably helped in restoring the 4h with steady lights already... thanks also to lucktruck...
up for suzuki
