Ingay!!! ng Intake!!!

Mga Bro,
Biglang umingay intake ko yung bang sa may air filter "TAK!!!!TAK!!!!TAK!!!!TAK!!!" ano kaya naging problema???Pero ok naman yung takbo kasi nagagamit ko pa hanggang ngayon Engine ko nga pala ISUZU 4FB1.

it sounds like leaking intake valves. may air filter ba sasakyan mo? if yes check if its still in one piece, if no then some thing might have gone into the intake.

Ano po ba yong leak sa intake valve???May Airfilter nman ako kaya nga lang medyo luma na nililinis ko na lang , wala kasi ako makuhanang bago replacement para sa airfilter,Marami-rami na rin akong napagtanugan na mga Auto Supply pero akoy nabigo... At tanong ko lang po di ba dapat pag-intake pahigop yung hangin???Sinubukan kong tanggalin yung air filter at hose napansin ko na pabuga po yung hangin at ingay na nang-gagaling sa intake ko.

Tak Tak Tak ba abg sound hindi yata intake valve yan mukang nozzle tip yata problema mo try opening and closing each tip one at a time while the engine is running pagnawala dapat palitan na yung nozzle tip.

Doon po talaga nang-gagaling yung sound sa loob ng intake hindi ko kasi maipaliwanag sa letters yung tunog pero either TAK!!!TAK!!! or PLAK!!!PLAK!!! yata yon e' , kapapalit lang po kasi ng tip nito at injection pump ay bagong overhaul

based on your explanation about the sound coming from the intake it seems to me that it is indeed a valve leak, meaning it does not close fully so when the fuel explodes or compressed inside the chamber its the sound you hear because the intake valve is not fully closed. there are a lot of causes its either the valves spring is cut or there iss something lodged in the valve that it cannot close fully. better take it to a mechanic and let him diagnose it.

mukhang mag top overhaul ka. better have it checked sometimes if its a sticking valve it might damage the piston when it hits it.

Na-overhaul na po ang engine ko mga a year ago , Pinatingin ko na yong engine ko sa mechanic may-leak or singaw daw yung intake ko kelangan daw pong tang-galin at i-check yung gasket kung sira,Pero kung singaw lang daw yung case nung ingay pwede daw naman pong gamitin yung ride ko yun ngalang maigay
