Just got back from Baguio this evening... Kennon is already fixed but there are still some rough portions (uneven asphalt, etc)... Marcos highway is way better and wider but a bit longer.
We had to cut our trip short by one day because of that frigging color coding.

On a side note... maybe they should consider doing MMDA tactics in the major towns going up to Baguio (i.e. Tarlac City and Urdaneta)... I was observing that most of the traffic was due to road obstructions and poor traffic enforcer skills... and the many trikes clogging up the roadway.
I think if you remove the trikes from the main highway, this will cut your trip time by an hour more or less... hassle talaga sila, ayaw tumabi. Kulang nalang itulak ko yung mga !*%!*#%!#$% na trikes sa tabi ng road.

peeps, i'm in baguio right now until Wednesday...
ok ang kennon road, dun kami dumaan... ang delikado lang kapag umuulan na pwedeng mag rock slide...
ngayong gabi umaambon...
