they take some rather extreme measures (like chopping off the rear chassis) to convert the full-of-body cladding GX470 to the trailmobile that the LC120 chassis is really made for. good read!

four wheeler was trying to prove a point with this rig -- it was responding to criticisms that it had gone soft because it had named the GX as the four wheeler of the year for two years now (it says so right in the text). the magazine responded in kind by going out on a limb to prove the capabilities of the Lexus.

You got that right, it would cost a limb to have one Lexus and it did cost more with the added mods! :D
