Even a stock F350 with a 6.0-liter Power Stroke diesel already pumps out 325hp and 560 ft-lbs. With simple bolt-on mods like ECM flash programming (less than 30 minutes to do), improved intake and larger exhaust, a Power Stroke can pump out 100 more horses and over 100 pounds more torque in a day's work of easy wrenching. No port and polishing, overboring, machining and heavy tear down is needed.
