pano mo physically malalaman kung may LSD yung sasakyan?
example eh checking it while all wheels are lifted? naririnig ko kasi dun sa mga personel nang servitek kapag minsan eh...pinapaikot nila yung rear wheels then masasabi na nila kung may lsd o wala yung sasakyan. kapag pinaikot nila yung isang wheel normally left side then nag-counter ikot yung kabila eh ibig sabihin ba non eh me lsd yon o wala? ganon kasi yung last kong experience sa servitek the last time na nagpa-align ako nung civic namin...yung nasa kabilang bay namin pinag-uusapan nila yung 4wd mechanism nung converted pajero... hindi lang minsan kong narinig yan...medyo hindi lang namin sasakyan yung tsini-check kaya hindi ako nakiki-uzi...hehehe

A center differential is only needed if the 4wd system is intended to work on paved roads (e.g. fulltime 4wd systems, SS4wd). It does not have any benefit off-road. It will even be detrimental to performance if there is a central differential that is unlockable.
An LSD equipped vehicle will have both tires spinning in one direction when both are lifted off the ground. An open differential will allow the wheels to spin in opposite directions.

How many FWD cars have LSD? Bibihira. Usually sporting models lang. Almost lahat open diff.
A front diff itself is not really a cause for concern. It is the combination of four wheel drive and a front LSD that can turn nasty in the hands of an inexperienced operator.

LSD slip sensitivity settings are different for front end and rear diffs. There's more allowance for the slippage upfront than the rear sets. But basically same mechanical principles.
