definitely.. that's why if I pay for the taxes right now, I won't increase the prices on my units covered by EO 156...

that's why most of the Locators there in Subic are closing shop..

oh clarification nga pala. this only covers the units that are not tax paid. Eh Freeport kasi sa Subic kaya most of them Locators pag mag-display ng units minsan hindi pa bayad ang taxes. pero kung bayad na, lusot na sila sa May 19; hence no price increase for said unit.
