October 31st, 2003 01:56 PM #22going back to topic,
mukha naman Legit ang aux lights sa likod,
imho di naman siguro naka series yan sa rear backing lights.
that's good for maniobra purposes sa night trailing, imagine mahirap na ngang mag trail sa gabi head on eh ano pa yung ma atras.

October 31st, 2003 04:19 PM #24YUN ANG HINDI NATIN ALAM.
kasi experience ko na mag night trailing sa lahar , pitch black talaga, pano pa kaya sa forested area, ang sisikip ng mga trails dun.
any aux light is a welcome one.

Parang ang kinis nung Patrol na yun. Baka parang LC80 nung may ari ng Ride which is not used for trail busting. Pa-cute lang kumbaga. hehehehe.
Pero sana ginagamit nga iyan off-road para hindi naman sayang.

November 1st, 2003 12:34 AM #26If you are pulling a jet ski... fog lights sa rear are very useful...
normally kasi after you ski... gabi na so you have to pull the ski from the water to the back of the car kaya may aux lights sa rear.
there is even a winch available kinakabit sa rollbar ng pick up facing rearward... meron din integrated na aux lights yun winch... this is normally done pulling a small boat, jet ski or a quad runner (kasya sa f150 or RAM)
just my 2 cents naalaala ko lang

If my guess is right, yung Patrol na post ni ARB is owned by a certain Mr. Nelson. I've talked to the owner once, he had ProComp X-terrain tires 305/70R16. Lifted by RIDE Inc. Bumper by Armark. It is a genuine 4x4 Patrol installed by Universal Motors Corp. But he does NOT take it offroad yet, as we last talked. He is afraid of the scratches and other damages.
The owner also lead me to something that may surprise you guys, his tires chipped a part of his rear flare guards off (both sides).
BTTT:
Yung pic na post naman ni wiretap_md, ganda nga yung lamp na yun pag camping purposes only. But not a wise decision to glare someone off your back.Last edited by Ungas; November 2nd, 2003 at 07:37 PM.
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
